水泳時や汗をかく場合はウォータープルーフの製品を使用してください。

次の場合は再度使用してください タオルで拭いた後 2時間経過した時日焼け対策日光にあたることは肌の老化、また皮膚ガンリスクを増加させます。

このリスクを減らすため、SPF15以上の広範囲スペクトルの日焼け止めを常用し、以下のような対策を 併用してください：長時間日光にあたらない（特に午前10時から午後2時）、長袖長ズボン、帽子、サングラスを着用
