Basic Recipe for Quick Grits 3 cups Water1 tsp Salt 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill® Gluten Free Corn Grits/PolentaBring water and salt to a boil in a medium pot. Add corn grits and reduce heat. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
