What You’ll Need: 2 eggs 6 tbsp butter 2 tbsp water 1 bag of FlapJacked Double Chocolate Cookie MixBaking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350ºF (175º C). Whisk eggs, water and butter in a medium sized bowl until creamy. Using a spoon, gradually stir in dry cookie mix (and optional inclusions) until combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon (2 inches apart) onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy! Makes 12 delicious, hunger-bursting cookies.
