As a maintenance dose, take one (1) Liquid Soft-Gel twice a day with a full glass (8 oz) of water.Vitamin C: (Adult) For general health maintenance, take one (1) tablet per day with a full glass (8 oz.) of water. For additional immune support, take up to four (4) Tablets a day, in divided doses with a full glass (8 oz.) of water.
