日差しに当たる15分前に、たっぷりと付けてください。

唇の上のエリア、鼻、耳の上部にしっかり付けるのをお忘れなく。

付け直し：80分間泳いだり汗をかいたりした後に。

タオルで身体を乾かした直後に。

少なくとも2時間ごとに。

日焼け防止の手段： 直射日光下で過ごすと、皮膚がんと早期の皮膚老化のリスクが高まります。

リスクを軽減するには、SPF15以上の日焼け止めを常に使用し、他の日焼け防止手段も併用してください。

例えば特に10am-14:00pmの間は直射日光下で長時間過ごさない。

長袖シャツ、長ズボン、防止、サングラスを使用する、などです。
