Mix 1 heaping scoop with 4-6 oz. of water, juice or other beverages. Powder mixes best when the liquid is added on top of dry powder, or if stirred while adding powder to your beverage. Take 1 to 2 times per day along with your favorite Jarrow Formulas Probiotic or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
